Discrimination might occur by:

Any worker or pupil that has familiarity with discrimination or harassment on such basis as competition, color, faith, creed, cultural or national beginning, impairment, age as relevant, status being a protected veteran, hereditary information, and just about every other category protected by federal or state civil legal rights legislation pertaining to Austin Peay State University (APSU) against another worker or pupil in order to report such offenses; and,
  4. All third events with who APSU has a academic or method of trading whom thinks they’ve been afflicted by discrimination or harassment on such basis as battle, color, faith, creed, cultural or nationwide origin, impairment, age as relevant, status being a protected veteran, hereditary information, and just about every other category protected by federal or state civil legal rights legislation pertaining to Austin Peay State University (APSU).
